KLOW: The Repair Blend with KPV

BPC-157 + GHK-Cu + TB-500 + KPV in a single vial. The component that sets KLOW apart from GLOW is KPV โ€” what it adds and when to choose each blend.

What KLOW is

KLOW is a four-peptide repair blend in a single lyophilized vial โ€” 80 mg / vial (10 + 50 + 10 + 10 mg): BPC-157, GHK-Cu, TB-500 and KPV. It is the "complete" version of GLOW, adding KPV as a fourth component.

The four components

  • BPC-157 (10 mg) โ€” gastric peptide studied in tendon, muscle and gut repair.
  • GHK-Cu (50 mg) โ€” dermal-regenerating copper tripeptide; regulates collagen and senescence markers.
  • TB-500 (10 mg) โ€” Thymosin ฮฒ4 fragment; promotes cell migration and angiogenesis.
  • KPV (10 mg) โ€” C-terminal fragment of ฮฑ-MSH with anti-inflammatory activity in skin, mucosa and gut.

KLOW vs GLOW

GLOW = BPC-157 + GHK-Cu + TB-500. KLOW = the same + KPV. The practical difference: KPV adds an additional anti-inflammatory axis, of interest when the research focus includes inflamed skin, intestinal conditions or recovery with an inflammatory component. Details in the GLOW vs KLOW comparison.

Blend dosing

Because it comes pre-mixed, a single reconstitution covers all four compounds. Reported research protocols typically handle daily doses in microliters depending on the concentration; see reconstitution calculations. Descriptive context, not a clinical recommendation.
